New Year’s Eve

Released 12/9/11                              Rated:PG-13

Now, I never saw Valentine’s Day, but I loved New Year’s Eve. The only reason I didn’t see http://www.thegossipwrapup.com/2011/10/movie-poster-new-years-eve.htmlthe –I guess you could call it the first one, was that it seemed a little too… Well, if you haven’t figured it out yet, I don’t really go for the touchy-feely, ooey-gooey movies. Not that it seemed ooey-gooey, but it seemed to be at the borderline. However I love the idea of a hodgepodge of stars and stories. What’s even better is that all the stories tangle together almost like a puzzle.

New Year’s Eve is a feel-good movie. Even the sad parts are heartfelt and it won’t leave you wallowing in despair. It’s funny, and entertaining…I felt like I was at a party. If only my New Year’s Eve’s were half this exciting. But I can’t complain hanging with my cousins.

Overall it’s a great movie; I had a blast watching it. You should check it out.

Good review. I was pleasantly surprised that I actually enjoyed myself with this flick, even though I do feel like Garry Marshall didn’t really try to do anything with all of these stars instead of just have them show up and do something. Still, a fun film that is a crowd-pleaser for sure. Check out my review when you get the chance.
